Glasgow Harvest 2011

Just found out about this so there is only one event left in the city.

Building on last years event, this year’s went city wide, with North, South, East and soon to be West taking part.  There will be live music, communal cooking, food sharing, workshops and competitions.

Free bikes will be available from Glasgow Green to the Harvest event.  You can book this by contacting Michelle by phone on 0141 554 9527 or by email atmichelleletowska@freewheelnorth.org.uk. No bike needed as they have availability for borrowing adult and kids bikes, child seats etc.

Free Wheel North will be providing FREE group cycle rides from Glasgow Green to each of the Harvest events led by trained cycle leaders. Glasgow Transition Support will also present a series of workshops and talks exploring ideas about how we can develop a more connected and resilient food system for Glasgow.
