Bar Strada, Hamilton
A day of exploring leads to a need for food. Bar Strada in Cadzow Street is situated at the end of a not too welcoming little alleyway. Inside the bar was clean (although a bit of a bleach smell but at least they use it!) and the large fish tank is a good addition. Service was quick and the price cheap – £5.90 for two course. £2 a glass special for wine – although the wine was a bit cheap tasting and the measure was a little mean. Lasagne was tasty, although I think the mince maybe made a fleeting appearance in kitchen during it’s making
Beef Enchalada was spicy. Very quiet for lunch time saturday (only one other couple). Good place if you are shopping and need some food.
